What are EcoCaffe pods made from?
Our coffee pods are made from a plant-based composite, derived from renewable materials such as sugarcane and sugar beet. This means the entire pod — including the lid — is plastic-free, biodegradable, and compostable.

Unlike traditional plastic or aluminium capsules, our pods are designed to break down naturally, helping to reduce long-term waste while still delivering great coffee.

What types of coffee pods do you offer?

We offer a diverse range of coffee pods, including single-origin, blends, and flavoured options. Our selection includes fairtrade and organic choices, as well as decaf varieties for those who prefer less caffeine. 

All our pods are compatible with Nespresso® machines, allowing you to enjoy a premium, eco-friendly coffee experience with ease.

Are your coffee pods compatible with all coffee machines?

Our coffee pods are specifically designed for use with Nespresso® machines. They may not be suitable for other types of coffee machines. We recommend checking your machine's compatibility with Nespresso® pods to ensure the best brewing experience.

Do you offer a variety of strengths and flavours?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are not possible, and you may need to follow our return process instead.

What are your shipping costs?

For deliveries within Australia, we charge a flat rate of $10 per order. However, for orders over $120 in value, we offer FREE SHIPPING.

For international deliveries, the shipping costs vary and the exact fees will be calculated and shown during the checkout process, depending on the destination and the size of the order. This ensures you see all costs upfront before finalising your purchase.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times can vary depending on your location. For orders within Australia, you can typically expect your items to arrive within 3-5 business days.

Where do you source your coffee beans?
Our coffee beans are sourced from various regions overseas, carefully selected to ensure each blend's unique flavour and quality. The specific origin of the beans depends on the blend you choose, encompassing a range of top coffee-growing regions around the world. 

Once sourced, the beans are then expertly roasted and packaged right here in Queensland, allowing us to maintain high standards of freshness and taste in every batch we produce.

We are committed to ethical sourcing for all our coffee pods. Most of our range is certified fairtrade, ensuring that our beans are sourced from farms that adhere to responsible farming practices.
